Pocket Wizard’s PowerMC2 for Einstein 640 is now available.
Yesterday, Paul Buff announced that the PowerMC2 trigger by LPA Designs ( the Pocket Wizard folks) is ready for shipping. Though this unit is manufactured by LPA, it will be sold exclusively by Paul C. Buff.
“The PowerMC2 is a product designed and manufactured byLPA Design for use with the all-digital Einstein™ flash unit. The PowerMC2 Receiver Module enables remote power control of Einstein™ flashes using PocketWizard® ControlTL® technology. With a MiniTT1® Transmitter or FlexTT5® Transceiver on your camera and a PowerMC2 plugged into your Einstein™ E640 flash, you can adjust the flash power settings directly from the camera position. Add the AC3 ZoneController® and you can control three different zones of lights in 1/3-stop increments with up to a six-stop range.
